Common Problems and Questions
- I can't log in.
- Did you create an account? If not, create one.
- Do you have cookies turned on in your web browser? If not, enable them.
- My character died. Can you restore it for me?
- No. This is a game of survival. It's likely your character will die. Check your message log if you want to know why your character died. We do not restore characters.
- I think I've found a bug in the game, what do I do?
- Post it on the message board. We'll attend to it promptly.
